The hotel's cozy floral patterns and soft lighting made me feel right at home. the spacious lobby and hallways were easy to navigate, perfect for us seniors. the thoughtful handrails in the hallways and sturdy chairs throughout the property made getting around comfortable and safe for elderly guests.

Staff should improve communication with elderly guests for a better experience.

Comfortable experience there. Deluxe hotel, amicable and kind staff, particularly good location in the middle of jackson. Clean room with comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven. Paid US$ 70. Location close enough to Hebbronville, and stores.

The location of the hotel was particularly good - relatively near Jim Hogg County Park. The deluxe king room was comfortable and perfect for what we needed.

In general: Staff is rude, rooms are grungy and outdated, they told us we could check in early and when it came to day of they turned us away. 0 out of 5 stars, don't recommend. Location and surroundings: Bad location, nothing in town to do. Service: Horrible service. The attendants are rude and very unhelpful. Dining:Better off to eat at the soup kitchen. Room: Grungy, smells bad, small, outdated. Useful tips: Find another hotel.
